Phew!!

We are back from several hours at Kaiser Fontana. Hannah has been having some intestine pain the past day or so. Instead of waiting for things to get worse, I took her to Kaiser to get checked. Although the Urgent Care personnel are not experts on Aplastic Anemia, they did not mess around. We didn't wait in the waiting room & they got her right in for blood work, ultrasound & xray. Everything turned out fine & we were on our way home around 8pm!!! Thank you, Lord! No sign of swelling in her intestines and the blood work showed that her white blood cell count is at 2.0 (better than last Monday!).

So I don't know what is going on ... maybe we need to lay off the beans a bit. :-)

Hannah is having so much fun with Aunt Rachel here!! Rachel came with us to Kaiser & pushed Hannah all over in the wheelchair. Hannah enjoyed the very "wild rides"!

We are off to snuggle up & watch JAWS. Hannah will be holding Aunt Rachel's hand the entire movie!! My sister is playing up the "I'm scared" part BIG TIME!! Too funny.

Please be praying for our dear friends in the pediatric ward at Kaiser Fontana Hospital right now: Chance, Daniel & Jacob. Jacob's counts are really, really low & Chance is still running a fever.
